They went out of their way to take exceptional care of our home while doing the work...everything from how they closed doors to how they tarped the entire home from the front door to the room in the back of the house. 2. The quality of the work - the crew was meticulous about cleaning up the walls, ensuring all outlets were removed, mirrors removed, etc. 3. Communication - Wilber was very clear as to how long it would take, exactly how much paint we needed, etc. He checked in with us midway through the day to ensure we saw the first coat and how things were progressing. Based on their look-around of my apartment, we agreed they would not dust my numerous books nor wash my windows, which was fine with me They cleaned counters, outsides of kitchen cabinets, inside the oven and refrigerator, and really scrubbed the bathrooms. They only missed a couple of small spots, which I consider much more than satisfactory. Their ad on Angie's List says they'll work till they're done. This is not actually what they expect to do. For the $199, they plan to work for 2-2-1/2 hours, So my only quibble would be that their ad should be more specific about how much time they will spend."
