"Short notice move, from apartment in Norfolk to Va Beach. Jeff was able to make it happen. Day of the move, Greg and Zack arrived on time, introduced themselves, surveyed the items to be moved and got started. Went real quick, one and a half hours after they arrived, they were leaving me in my new apartment. Quick, efficient service, they wrapped both TV's and handled everything with care. "We had two very old oak trees close to our home that needed to be removed because of bore beetle damage. We were concerned about the difficulty of removal because of how close they were to our house. Winston and his crew of five men, were amazing. The crew very carefully took both trees down starting in a bucket truck piece by piece, cleaning up everything as they went step by step. It was fascinating to watch. In speaking with the crew they reminded us of the "Barn Wood Builders" crew. They were so kind, thoughtful and attentive to our requests. I would hire them again in a minute. We thought their pricing was more than reasonable based on the size and location of the trees. The overall care they took in the removal was greatly appreciated. Also as an RN, safety is always a concern of mine, they all wore helmets, eye protection and had a protection line for the man in the bucket truck. The whole operation was top quality from start to finish."

"Most of the large items had already been moved out by a larger company. There were several items that he disposed of and made 3 deliveries on our behalf. He took a dinning room table to a location and went out of his way to do that. He also took the bulk of the items to habitat for humanity to donate the furniture that my mother didn't want anymore. The last thing he did was took all the items that were junk and took them to the trash for us. He did a great job and for the price I would recommend him. He went out of his way and adjusted his schedule for us."

We basically were only moving furniture, as we had "pre-moved" most of our clothing and knick-knacks, but what a great job they did with furniture: taking apart and reassembling furniture, wrapping and protecting finishes, and securing our goods on their truck. They did move one closet of clothing, hanging it in wardrobe boxes and rehanging at our destination. They were as busy as bees throughout the process. I highly recommend Moving APT."
