They either wouldn't come for a month, or would give me someone else to contact. I managed to find Rife's remodeling and call. Immediately answered and asked the issue. Now keep in mind this is a call he received out of the blue while driving presumably to another work site. He asked when I'd like him to come by. I said "I wish it could be checked today, but seeing how everyone else has been, when do you have time available." or similar. He promised that day he'd be by to check it out, and he was. Only 2 hours and he came, and diagnosed the problem quick. Sadly it was already getting late, and he couldn't fix it the same night. he scheduled as early as i wanted the next day for his guys to come and do the repair. They came when I asked, and did a good job. The gentlemen were also a pleasure to hold conversations with while they worked, and were respectful. Mr Rife himself was a pleasure to talk to, and has a very professional air about him. I have a lot of work I need done, and after meeting him I have NO doubt he is the one I need to hire for all of my remodeling. I strongly recommend him to everyone. no longer should you have to worry that your contractor knows what he is doing. If you have concerns, you can text him and he can give you links to his professional certifications."

Initially, he seemed like he was very very knowledgeable, very friendly and gave us thoughts that he knew what he was doing. They arrived on time. They're very good. The crew was pretty quick and efficient. One problem I had was they didn't come with enough materials. They had to reschedule for a completion of some. There were some minor issues that we ran into. They were supposed to paint the chimney cap and never actually did that. It's not a big deal but the other thing was the warranty and we kind of had a fight with them for the warranty to actually be processed. The warranty was the big thing and it was a lifetime warranty and I guess there were personal things that came up. It was just basically what I've learned late, but it took us probably eight months to get the warranty to be processed. That was my biggest concern, but the warranty company ensures me that everything is good even though the paperwork has the wrong number on there and I am assuming that's because they had the wrong number initially which is why they didn't have enough material.

"We are very pleased with Sky Home Improvements/Ben Meffley's work and communication.  The work was done at a rental home so we really appreciate Ben's great communication and keeping us updated.  Ben sent before and after pictures.  There were a couple of things that Ben noticed on the roof that would become problems in the future.  He called explained the situation and sent pictures.  He was very straight forward and honest and sent pictures of the items he noticed.  It was nice to be able to see (from the pictures) what needed to be done for ourselves.  In the future if there is anymore work that needs to be done we would definitely call Sky Home Improvements.
