"I spoke with David on Tuesday Apr 23rd 20019 on the phone and scheduled a residential lock change for Friday Apr 26th. I was charged a deposit of $80.00 over the phone but no one showed up on Friday to do the work. No one has called even after I left multiple messages to find out what happened. Still no response from Big Lick Locksmith and I have not been refunded my deposit."
