Clogged again after first visit; OK after second try.

Line was cleared and all is flowing as it should.

I called at 9:00, got an immediate response and they said they would be there before noon, Within an hour they called to say that they were running ahead of schedule and were on the way. They cleaned the drain quickly and thoroughly, didn't make a mess, and did not try to sell me additional services. The price was reasonable, and the workmen were friendly and professional. Very pleased.

It wasn't their fault, but it didn't work.  We're just getting to know our new house.  The pipe we thought went from the french drain outside to the sump, didn't.  They did everything they could with what they had, but it the pipe doesn't go from point A to B, it's not going to work.  They were very responsive, pleasant to deal with, and got right to work.  I would use them again.

The provider arrived in a timely fashion and performed the job at a very reasonable rate. I have used them twice and although I hope I don't need them again I would call Roto Rooter first.

Very well stayed with it until it was done and done right

Very honest and professional. He was tough to get a hold of and did take a little while to get out to the house but only because he was working at other houses. The clog was easier to clear than he initially thought so he gave me a cheaper rate. He did not try to sell extra services that didn't need to be done. I would definitely use Roto-Rooter again!

He did an excellent job and completely cleaned up the area when he was through. I was very impressed with him and his professionalism. I will definitely call him again if I need his help and highly recommend him to others.

The serviceman, Mike, was great. He came in, surveyed the damage and then got to work. He explained everything he was doing, and explained how the piping worked from house to street. He also gave me tips on what not to send down the toilet---ie, those flushable wipes aren't so flushable! And he cleaned up after himself. I will still bleach it all down though. He was friendly, courteous and thorough.

They were great! They answered the phone in person without interminable voice-mail options, and said they should be able to do the job that day or the next. The technician called that afternoon to say he was on his way. When Mike (the technician) showed up he said something to the effect of, and quot;Just show me where it is, and I'll take care of it,and quot; in a tone of complete confidence. He finished the job in about half an hour. Everyone involved was very pleasant and professional. I would definitely call them again.

He was able to unclogged the drain quickly. He was very friendly and gave me information on what to do so as not to have this problem again.

The plumbing was backed up into the sewer line. They ran a snake through the line. They stopped it, and I had no further problems. They were punctual and personable. They cleaned up after themselves. Everything was great.

They did really well but I didn't expect them to cost as much as they did. They had same-day service, they did their job well, and they did what they said they were going to do. There wasn't much interaction.

I called three days in advance to set up an appointment. I was given a time between 9-10 a.m. At almost 10 am I had not seen or heard from them so I called. The person on the phone seemed to have no idea about the appontment, and fumbled his way through the call as he regathered the name address etc and said they were still coming. They arrived a few minuted before 11 am with apologies for being tied up on another job. The quickly freed up the floor drain. They then moved to the washer drain (which connects tot he floor drain about 5 feet away. The floor drain was 165 dollars to get snaked. They charged an extra 50 dollars for the additional 5 feet of drain. I supplied them with shop towels for the job, which they asked if they could keep (I said yes). I had a coupon for 10% off and they took of $10.00 which is not the same thing (10% would have been $21.50).

Great job, great service, GREAT price.
