"Complete bathroom remodel. Started job on time. Competitive pricing for scope of work. Demolition of bathroom, removing bathtub, vanity, wall cabinets, lighting, commode, wall and floor tile. Installed new floor and wall tiles, vanity, lighting and mirror, moved plumbing and electrical as needed, installed new plug outlet, installed new light and fan switches, installed new commode, built walk in tiled shower (no tub) with grab bars, relocated and installed new fixtures, painted complete bathroom and door. Cleaned up everyday before leaving. Hauled off old debris in a dumpster. Start to finish 2 weeks. Very polite. Very professional. Easy to work with. Will provide many ideas for the job at hand. "I had a new shower, vanity, and sink installed on Friday, 11Sep26. Followed the guidance and left everything alone (door closed) for 24 hrs to let it all set. On Sat, I found the shower grab bar didn't have the wall covers attached (eventually figured out I could fix that myself but shouldn't have had to), the sink is chipped, and they partially finished the floor with silicone where it was actually finished at all. For the floor, during install when I saw the giant gap between the new tub and the floor, I asked the installers their plan and they said they "think they have something in the truck." Big confidence there. Luckily, I had floor tile left and asked if they could fill it with the existing tile. They said yes. It's a semi-decent job, but they finished most of the tile with silicone not grout, left a bunch of gaps, and it's not really aligned. 3 voicemails to the project manager (since the day after when I opened the door when they told me it would be set) and no response."

"Excellent job overall. John was faced with challenges with the fence post removal in that they were imbedded in rather large amounts of concrete that required extra efforts (steel pry bars and winch) to remove from the ground. John disposed of the fence posts and concrete remains as well. John also removed, replaced and disposed of twelve 2x10x48" pressure treated steps. Many of the steps required special handling and additional bracing installed due to the age and condition of the existing stair stringers. After the initial installation, John was asked to re-look at a couple of the stair treads, and he returned very promptly to return and make adjustments without complaint. John also removed the remnants of two 2x8' very old (and brittle) overhead semi-transparent panels over the rear deck. He replaced with new customer-provided polycarbonate panels of the same dimensions and hauled away the old remains. He also removed and disposed of several unwanted saplings that were growing at random and completed a major trim on an overgrown euonymus bush/tree to prevent damage to house siding and allow adequate airflow to an outside air-conditioning unit."

"okay till i start to look at the mud they put on around the shower. it was never sanded smooth and the shower door opens when using the shower. i have been trying to get the resolved this for over 6 months. salesman just keeps saying they dont do prep work or paint. told them from day one they did not have to paint. guess since i told them i was painting and i have the matching paint so only needed to do around shower. i am still trying to his boss involved but no answer. looks like i will have to hire someone else. his crew is the worst i have ever seen. shower door slides open when in the shower so water hits the floor have to block the doors so they dont open i have tried to get the fixed but still they refuse always an excuse as to why there is an issue."
