"The workers showed up on time on the days that they said they would come, as did their tile and plumbing subcontractors. Our house was built in the 70's and we needed to have the master bath upgraded from an old single piece tub/shower combo to a large tiled walk-in shower with a bench. We also had them install a new double vanity and add built in shelves in addition to installing fixture and painting throughout. They also installed a new comfort toilet and painted both rooms of the master bath. Further, they installed new vanities, fixtures, mirrors and paint in the other two baths. Of note: we did not have them put in new tile on the floors, as we had had that done by someone else a couple of years ago. Nevertheless, they avoided any damage to the existing ceramic tiles. 
One refreshing aspect of their work was that they did not try sell us more than what we wanted. When they ran into issues, they let us know right away and made sure that there were no surprises. When we did the final walk-through, they quickly repaired all the cosmetic issues that we pointed out.

"Tristin and his associate did a great job! I wanted Murphy bookcases installed and had custom bookcases built. Tristin did his best to accommodate my request however the bookcases that were built would not be sufficient for a Murphy French door opening in the space we were going to install them. "okay till i start to look at the mud they put on around the shower. it was never sanded smooth and the shower door opens when using the shower. i have been trying to get the resolved this for over 6 months. salesman just keeps saying they dont do prep work or paint. told them from day one they did not have to paint. guess since i told them i was painting and i have the matching paint so only needed to do around shower. i am still trying to his boss involved but no answer. looks like i will have to hire someone else. his crew is the worst i have ever seen. shower door slides open when in the shower so water hits the floor have to block the doors so they dont open i have tried to get the fixed but still they refuse always an excuse as to why there is an issue."
