My general inspections are $125, Real estate closing inspections are $175, temporary repairs range from $150-700, emergency services range from $150-450, and the storm damage inspections are free(Hail&Wind). My billing is through credit card processing, cash or check. Currently I'm offering a 60% discount to seniors. I set my prices to be competitive. My main objective is to bring integrity to the roofing industry.

Whether or not an annual snow removal contract is worth it depends mainly on location. If you live in an area with frequent heavy snowfall, a yearly contract could be better than paying per clearing.
