Best patio pros near Nellysford, VA

"We added a patio enclosure to part of our deck area at a country house that we own. The experience was extraordinary from the minute that we met with Andrew Mulichak, our design consultant, through to the completion of the project. At the point that we signed the contract, a completion estimate of 10 weeks was given. Three weeks after we signed the contract, we received a call that the patio enclosure was ready to be installed. The install team took a half day to get the site ready, and then 1.5 days to complete the project. We absolutely love the end result and it came out even better than what we thought when we signed the contract. The advantage of working with Patio Enclosures is that this is their primary business activity and they control the entire supply chain. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend them for any type of comparable project."

"I had several issues with the site prep, but these guys made it right. The concrete slab looks great. Time will tell if it holds up once the structure is installed. Miguel was great at communicating, returning calls, and addressing my concerns."

"was there when he said he was going to be there and did amazing work!"

"I needed stucco repair work on an old chimney (and other spots). Grady was meticulous and thoughtful on what approaches and materials would work. Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step. Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. Total project cost was also below other bids."

"They put in a patio that is absolutely gorgeous in a timely manner, especially considering the weather."

"The crew did my 2 concrete patios in 2.5 days and very hard working. My Wife is very happy with the job also. I am also interested in there others services they offer and will hire them again. I had 3 estimates and i went with them."

"Called Bent Oak only two days before the blizzard of January 2016. Phil made the effort to inspect the driveway beforehand, in order to estimate what would be needed. He was accurate in his estimate. And did excellent work -- twice because of the steady snow over the many hours."

"These guys are the best. They were prompt, professional, and did a very fine job. Highly recommend."

"Elite Ground Maintenance was prompt, very reasonably priced, and preformed excellent work. Lamont and his team were wonderful to work with. I highly recommend for any work done outside the home. Tremendous group of hardworking, courteous guys."
