He let the shower run for a solid amount of time after finishing up so that I could watch the way it was now draining, making sure I was happy with how everything was working. The installers were polite, professional and worked hard; never stopping to take a break. They cleaned up everything and did a great job. Tim Griffin sold me the unit and he really knows his stuff. He thoroughly explained which unit I should buy and why. He answered his phone every time I called him with a question. Excellent customer service from Tim Griffin (engineer & sales) and Carlos and Jeffrey (the two installers)"

"Mr. Hudson and his wife were absolute professionals, and their work was excellent. Mr. Hudson provided a written estimate that was thorough and fair.  He was completely responsive throughout the process -- always returning calls and texts promptly. We had a miscommunication about when the work was to be completed, and when I explained that I needed the work done Wednesday rather than Friday, Mr. Hudson and his wife rearranged their schedules and worked extra hours to make it happen. They also provided good advice about what paints to use, gave me painting tips, and loaned me tools while they worked!  I recommend them very highly. And my house looks beautiful (and the patch in the kitchen ceiling is invisible).
