"This was a very involved plaster repair and remediation job, in a very old house. Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. There are very few people who do this kind of work anymore (we really searched) and he is an expert in his field. We needed to work around his schedule, because he is in demand in the tri-state area, so it took awhile to schedule the work to begin... but it was worth it."

"The windows were manufactured earlier than we expected and we were promptly contacted about installation. Although we were told the installation was scheduled for two days, the four man crew that arrived was able to finish in a single day! Each window was installed with the same consistency in quality and efficiency. Furthermore, the crew did an excellent job protecting our floors and furnishings in every room. When it comes to evaluating the installation crew, we couldn't be happier. Regarding price, we probably paid more than we should, but that's on us. We advise getting several other quotes first and then get Castle's quote. This will definitely help in your negotiating. They were on time, called prior to their arrival, and worked diligently to get the job done and answer all my questions! Templater, Joey, took his time to get just the right measurements and was thorough. Installers, Ivan, Nester, and team, worked diligently with removing old countertops and sink as well as installing all the new. We had an issue with a difficult area behind the slide-in stove, and Heather, project manager, quickly scheduled the service team, Otoneil and Victor, who came just two days later and expertly fixed the problem.
