Absolutely horrible. Inability to escalate and speak to a manager. No call back. Did not complete the work. Missed the dates required.

Good company. Pick ups are as scheduled. There were the lowest cost of the three companies I checked out. Good service at good price.

Badly if there is a missed pickup! It is impossible to get through to anyone with the contact number provided on the trash can. On three occasions in the past 5 years, we have had our trash pile up for a period of two weeks without a phone call, response to our calls, and absolutely no explanations. .
We called the main office today due to fact that we were missed again and that it is now almost two weeks later and can't get service or help. We were challenged that we even reported the previous problems because they simply didn't see a report. I reasoned with the service rep that she didn't see this complaint made to the other phone number either but it doesn't mean that we weren't missed or that we didn't try to get help.
After speaking sense to this rep, she agreed that there was a problem on the management end at the local center but there was nothing she could do. She did put in a request for our trash to be picked up.
Meanwhile, we have another week's worth of garbage accumulating in the garage because there is no place else put it. We requested that they come down the driveway on the day of pick up to collect the remainder of the garbage but the request was refused! Instead, they are making two trips to the curb meaning that we have to wait until the can is empty, fill it with the other trash, then they will come back the next day to collect that garbage. The only other choice they gave was to put all of the trash beside the garbage can by the road. We are in a rural area which means that the trash would be scattered all over the road and the yards of the neighbors from pets and wildlife rummaging through it ! This is not a realistic option!
They lack common courtesy and the desire to make it right when they are clearly causing a huge inconvenience to the customer. We have relinquished our services with them and have hired another company.

Latest bill is an increase of 44% from when I first stared using County Waste. County Waste was not my choice. I had Duck's disposal and had no problems. I found County Waste had bought out Duck's approximately August 2014. In February 2015, I received an increase and when I called about it, I received no satisfaction. I just received another increase (Feb. 2016) which marks a 44% increase from the first increase from County Waste in 13 months.
I have no complaints about the service except for the week we had snow and there was no pickup. I can understand not being able to pickup because of the streets and weather but there was no credit for not servicing the area. Instead there was an increase.
I have sent them a letter with my concerns.
I will be looking for other options.

It's been going great, there have been no issues so far; reliable service. Every service is always taken care of and they have been pretty excellent as far as always arriving in a timely manner.
