"Went well. Damage to existing HVAC duct work during demo, and issues with the installed dehumidifier stretched the initial 1 week completion estimate to over three weeks. However there was a long holiday weekend involved. The Drying Company repaired all issues at their expense."

"Everything went well. Needed help as, while the install isn't exactly complex, I don't have all the necessary tools/accessories to install in tall garage ceiling. Rep came out to survey area for installation and determine any details, as well as provide rough estimate. Crew came out few days later and installed rack without any issue. "Only disappointment was that air-conditioning unit developed a system leak about 18 months after installation due to a chafing line and it was past the warranty time so it cost me to have it fixed when the cause was actually a manufacturing deficiency."
