"Christopher with G.M.P. got back to me promptly with an estimate based on the pictures, description, and his own observation. He set up a day/time quickly and he and his crew removed the construction debris. They were prompt and courteous and I will recommend using them."
"I am working with the provider to get a raised bed removed. Due to scheduling conflicts we haven't completed it yet. I will update once it's finished."

"After a ridiculous estimate from a prior contractor, whom I fired, I called G&G and another local company. Both came out for estimates as scheduled. G&Gs estimate was a hair higher, but I felt more comfortable with them than the other company. Amanda was easily reachable and everything was easily scheduled around my personal schedule. The crew arrived early the day of the job and promptly began to work. They didn't mind at all that I watched, as I wanted to see the damaged plywood they'd be removing. The main roof was completed in a day. The sunroof roof and gutters were completed the next day. Due to weather, the shutters were installed on the third day. A few bits and pieces of the sunroof work were left behind, but nothing to complain about. Although the other estimate for the main roof was a tad higher than the other company, the sunroom roof and gutter prices easily made up for it. They also sent out a guy to pressure wash the house after the work was complete....fabulous!!! I look forward to working with them again on further projects...and highly recommend them to other Angie's List members.
"JMS did a great job. The crew showed up on time and worked until the job was complete. The men were courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them and would use them again."

While most people associate defrosting icy roads with salt, you can also use sugar for a similar result. Sugar lowers the freezing point of water, melting ice in a pinch.
However, sugar doesn’t melt ice as well as salt because it doesn’t separate the water molecules as efficiently. So, if you need to quickly melt a stubborn patch of ice on your driveway or walkway, it’s best to use salt over sugar for faster results.
The cost of removing snow from a roof averages between $300 and $700. However, this cost can range from $200 to $3,000, depending on the size of your roof, the amount of snow, and roof accessibility.
Since snowfall can range from light powder to heavy and condensed snow, part of the price of roof snow removal depends on the amount and type of snow. For 12 inches of snow, you can expect to pay between $200 and $2,000 for this job. However, for 24 inches of snow, that price rises to $300 to $3,000.
The best snow removal tools include a snowblower or a plastic shovel since they're less likely to damage your driveway's surface. Metal shovels can crack asphalt and concrete. It's also a good idea to install driveway markers since they can make it much easier for you to identify where you should shovel without damaging the surrounding yard.
It’s the reverse of home de-winterization. To winterize, you purge your plumbing system (including your water heater and all piping) of water. Some experts also recommend filling fixtures with an antifreeze solution. Other tasks involve winterizing sprinklers, sealing foundation vents, check weatherproofing around doors and windows, and more.
Schedule regular snow removal, apply salt or sand to icy areas, and mark hazards like curbs or drains.
