    We needed a substantial remodel on our SML house. Bob Riddick Home Services (BRHS) has done work on our roof since before we purchased that house; including some minor repairs and a softwash to enable a few more years on the roof before we bite the bullet and go for a new roof. When we decided to begin the remodel, we simply choose BRHS. We didn't bother with multiple quotes because BRHS's reputation was solid gold. It still is. Our Project Manager, Tripp Parker was not only knowledgeable, professional, and punctual, but he has great patience when working with a sometimes difficult customer (me). He was invaluable! I was given a lot of leeway concerning products and materials that I wanted to use and as such, often made decisions that involved plan changes. For example, I moved a wall and wanted a Barn Door that was more than 120-inches. I couldn't find anything that I liked, so Tripp had one "built" for me. I love it! Tripp's Number One, Shawn Jolliff was experienced, professional, creative, and unflappable! Doors, floors, and windows sometimes don't play well together, but Shawn would finesse them and make them work together. Phase 2 is going to begin this year and we will certainly use Bob Riddick Home Services again

They did a great job on cleaning up our yard since I had an accident and have been unable to keep up with the yard work. Eric was very professional and made sure that the job was done to my satisfaction. He is very personable and I feel his price was very fair for the job done.     Great! Daryl made suggestions based on what we wanted and improved the overall look of our yard. His crew members were very respectful of our property and took care to make everything look beautiful. They went above and beyond...we got more than we expected! They left no trash or evidence they were there (we had issues with another contractor). I would highly recommend them and plan to use them for another project in the future

    Outstanding work! Arrived on time and removed not only the carpet, padding and tack strips but staples that had been used throughout the padding. It was a difficult job that took most of the day and several trips to haul things away. At the end of the day, they had uncovered wood floors that were in good shape, and left our home clean and in better shape than when they arrived

    If I could leave 10 stars I would. From the second you meet DJ you can tell he's somebody that loves what he does. Every phone call was answered and returned promptly. Dumpster was on time and exactly what we needed . Price was completely reasonable and less than I expected and I can't even begin to tell you how above and beyond the customer service was. It was a pleasure every step of the way. I will recommend to friends and if I need this service again I won't even think about going anywhere else

    When Eric Weisman met me in my front yard on June 11, 2021 he agreed to remove the Sawgrass spray & rake the area for $150. On June 16, 2021 Eric confirmed via email these services for the $150 price and he agreed to let me know when he had a specific time. Upon completion of the work, I told Eric via a phone conversation on June 22, 2021 I would be paying him with a money order. In that conversation, he agreed to that form of payment. He told me in a text message on June 22, 2021 there is definitely no rush. I never thought you weren't going to pay me. I know you're good for it. I'll send the email over. After I left him a bad review on Angie's list, on June 24, 2021 Eric texted me: what's with the bad review on Angie's List. the work was done correctly. I texted back: you should have waited for me to answer my phone. It's not all about the quality. You will get paid. Via text from Eric on June 25, 2021 he told me after 14 days he attaches a late fee of $50 if he hasn't received payment in full and Eric told me if he has not received full payment after 60 days, August 23, 2021, he will take me to small claims court. This was the first time Eric told me these two details. Via my text on June 25, 2021 Eric knows I am mailing him a money order in the amount of $150 on or about July 15, 2021 to the address on his invoice 3509 Chaparral Drive SW Roanoke Virginia 24018. Eric knows he will need to sign for the mailing. Eric stated in a text to me you have all the information you need on my invoice when I asked him to confirm that address. I have since blocked his cell number. I have all of these text messages and emails. I left him an 11 second voicemail to call me on his landline on June 30, 2021. He has since blocked my phone number on his landline

    I was very pleased with the transaction. The setup of the auto pickup was easy with call to National Express Auto Transport. I got an email notification from dispatch letting me know when the car would be picked up at the dealership, and I let the dealership know. I then got the direct phone number for the transporter/driver and setup a time to drop off the car on the date promised.     Just completed a somewhat complicated move with Moving Ahead Services requiring 2 move dates and storage in between. The company was professional and helpful and the crew on both ends (Dustin and Shawn and Dustin and James) were extremely careful, thorough, professional and did so many little things to make this stressful experience as good as it could have been! Those guys are really hard workers, great work ethic and I was so happy to have my stuff taken care of by them! Would definitely recommend!
