I hired Starline Van Lines LLC for a move from GA to NY, initially quoted $1,930 with a $700 deposit. After correcting the inventory to 124 items, my estimate increased to $5,485 with another $1,000 deposit. On move day, movers from an undisclosed subcontractor, MoveKing LLC, arrived instead of Starline. Despite removing large items, I was told my quote (1250 cf) was insufficient. I was forced to pay an additional $1,892.50 before loading began. Only half the truck was filled, and I was told the rest would cost $1,200 more?even though all items were part of the original quote. Items left behind included TVs, a desk, recliners, and bedroom sets. The mover said they'd return the next day, but as of the 10:02pm of July 4, the move remains incomplete. This reflects deceptive pricing, failure to disclose subcontracting, and violation of moving laws. I request a refund and will continue to investigate both companies.

Good service quality job

Really great company Murad and his team were extra attentive to everything I requested. They were on time, wrapped the furniture, were quick and took care of my belongings. They are more than fair in their pricing and I was happy to give his team a tip for their cheerful and competent handling of everything.

The movers were great and professional. We’re on schedule. No problems with my items no breakages. Handled my property with care. No damages. Will recommend this company.

Paul and Charles were careful, helpful & polite at both ends of my move. They wrapped my furniture & nothing arrived damaged. They worked hard, but didn’t rush. Eli, the owner, was very responsive whenever I needed to reach him. Overall it was a very good experience.

This is the first time we have used a moving company and they made it so much easier on my family. We have a piano and some other fragile family heirlooms to move but they did a great job! Eli was wonderful to work with and handles everything with professionalism and courtesy. I would definitely use them again, especially if you have a big move out of state!

The crew from MoveKing LLC performed admirably ensuring efficient and protective packing of my household goods. Also, delivery was equally efficient. The only issue I had was the "hard insistence" for a tip. This especially made my wife uncomfortable when delivery was comple.

The move was easy and fast .. I’ll use them again .
