The repointing took approximately 7½ hours, and the results were exceptional. They carefully removed the old mortar, and the new mortar was matched perfectly to the existing brickwork. The bay window walls look like new again! They also completed a thorough safety inspection of our gas fireplace and did an excellent job cleaning the glass and fireplace. The first time, my dog set it off because I had a motion-detection monitor in a place that wasn't high enough. I was in a meeting at work and didn't receive the call from the monitoring entity, so the police were notified and came to my home and inspect (everything was fine).
