"It went really well!
Prompt response to my original request. Prompt arrival for ALL subsequent visits - by the sales rep, 2 different measurement guys, and the installers.
We had a very tight schedule and they met it.
The installations were done beautifully. I was personally home for the door installation (the windows were done on a separate day) and I can tell you that the two guys paid alot of attention to all the details, tested the door, cleaned the door, swept up after themselves, etc. They were very courteous throughout.
I am SO happy with my new windows. 3 of them were straight-up replacements. And never have I had windows that slid up and down so well. And the 4th was a replacement of my kitchen over-the-sink window with a window that cranks open. It is lovely. It is a huge window, but even my 9 year old can crank it open and closed.
I am already planning on calling them again for several more windows and would recommend them to anyone.

"I am extremely happy with the gutters and downspouts that Rife Remodeling and Flooring installed. They exceeded all my expectations regarding: 1. Cost 2. Time 3. Look/function 4. Honesty/integrity They completed the job same day, were professional, courteous, and trustworthy. The crew for Rife Remodeling and Flooring were left unattended with full access to the property and it's contents. When we got home that evening, the job was done, and they had completely cleaned up after themselves and left no debris in the yard or driveway. I will be a returning customer and would recommend them to anyone for any of your home repair needs."

"Ferguson Home Improvements did a fantastic job. All the work that needed to get done, was finished beyond my expectations. The workers were very friendly. The job took a little longer that expected, but Ferguson Home Improvements were not at fault, the weather played a major factor with the deck stain and door installation. At the time the work was getting done, we received a lot of rain and storms. All in all, I would highly recommend Ferguson Home Improvements.

"Scheduling was a nightmare. The first scheduled appointment was a 'no show' and when I called they indicated their was a mistake with a new person on the scheduling. In attempting to reschedule, they had to work within the schedule that they would have a truck available in my area.
We rescheduled and they called and cancelled due to a truck break-down.
We rescheduled and they showed up.
The two guys they sent were professional and thorough but provided misinformation. They took a picture of the flashing on my chimney and told me that they didn't touch it because of the rust but felt the entire cap needed to be replaced. I checked into that and it was going to be almost $1,000.00 to install a new one. I got a second and third opinion and the cap did not need replacing, it simply needed to be sealed and painted. It cost me $50 to get the repair completed.

"Ray with Titan Handyman, LLC Ray was very responsive to my call for a roof leak. He came the same day I called to give me an estimate and time frame. He kept his appointment and the repair was done on the same day. He is very knowledgeable and did a great job. He cleaned up after himself and did a great turn key job. Before he left I had him look at a second job for me. I highly recommend Ray with Titan Handyman, LLC"
