Requesting only a $1.00 deposit against a $4,500.00 job, he masterfully reconstructed my nineteenth century lath and plaster hallway wall, also thoroughly compensating for a missing portion of a central stud unwittingly removed by a plumber! After his extensive search for appropriate composition and dimension of material, he replaced and replicated a section of my forty-year-old faux onyx tub surround with common white PVC sheet, tinted oil-based colors, glaze, paint brush, and a rag. "Although we caught Steve and Jason Swingle at a convenient time on their schedule, the speed of their response to our inquiry was amazing.  We called Steve at 10:30; he was at our house by 11:00, and we agreed to his estimate by 11:15.  It turned out that Jason planned to finish another job that morning, so we arranged for him to do ours that same afternoon.  He arrived shortly after 1:00.  We were extremely impressed by his thoroughness.  We had neglected our patio for several years, and grit and grime had worked deeply into the brick.  Jason did at least three full wash applications, at the end of which the brickwork looked nearly as good as new.  He also provided some useful suggestions for maintenance.

"Overall, we received great customer service and a solid product. I am happy with the results. 
We had some issues with scheduling. Our back gutters were taken care of quickly, but a large tree in our front yard limited access. We ended up calling in a landscaping company to cut the branches overhanging our home, and afterwards Exterior Pros of America came back out to our house to finish the job. 
While up on the tall ladder, they also fixed/resecured a decorative shutter on one of our top floor windows for no additional charge. I appreciated their thoughfulness and felt like they really aimed to take care of our home. 
I do think that the gutter guard product is expensive, but it seems a very high quality. With all work completed, I feel that it was worth the investment and I'd recommend Exterior Pros.
