"Excellent. Left message at office. Jimmy was able to come same day. He inspected food disposal and explained the leak. We ok'ed replacing the disposal. He left to buy new one at Fluvanna Ace Hardware, Returned promptly, and installed new one. Duration of service about 1 1/2 hours (including trip to Ace!) "We had a backed-up sewer in our basement and garage found late on Friday night, we called them and they came out to help us that very night. They assessed the issue and cleared what they could, helped us to be able to still use the pipe until they could come out and permanently fix the issue, which was done first thing Monday morning. They went above and beyond for us, they explained the situation and what they needed to do to fix it. They also made sure we were not taken advantage of when it came to the repairs, due to the break in the line not being our responsibility, because it was at the main hook up for our sewer supply from our water company. They were very professional, helpful, and all-around AWESOME!"
