"They are a father and son team. They show up when they say they will. They are hard workers and know what they are doing. My backyard was a disaster, very uneven, full of rocks/boulders and had a really bad slope. I couldn't mow it with my mower. I had to weed wack it. I had them come in and grade,fill and put top soil down. It looks fantastic and is now mow able. They also did a driveway for me. They are very fair with pricing. I highly recommend them."

Mr. Stewart demonstrated a startling lack of skill and competence throughout. From the start, he admitted to lying about his ability to do the work, leading to numerous blunders: Incorrect Paint: Used the wrong type in several areas, needing extensive correction. Drywall Errors: Applied excessive mud, causing cracking. Unnecessary Work: Filled holes I didn’t request and didn’t paint over them. Poor Preparation: Neglected taping, causing splatters and spilled stains on my stairs. Tool Incompetence: Struggled with a circular saw, cutting carpet and trim incorrectly. General Negligence: He unplugged my freezer, causing the loss of 50 lbs of food. Missed Deadlines: Worked slowly, missing deadlines and causing significant losses. I should have inspected his work better, but I didn’t expect to babysit an experienced contractor."

In-home air purifiers really do work. However, their value depends on what you're trying to achieve. Mechanical air filters other than those with true HEPA filtration aren't capable of removing bacteria and viruses from the air. Air filters with a high MERV rating, 11 or above, shouldn't cause airflow problems in most residential systems.
