Very well. They were punctual, polite, efficient, thorough, tidy, creative with problem-solving, and took the time to educate me on how to use the new system. Highly recommend.

That was excellent.  he guy talked to me.  We talked about my heat pump.  The one they sold me has very little maintenance issues with it.  So he explained all that to me and if I needed anything how to get ahold of them.

They did a complete install and replaced my heat pump.  I really don't have too many problems with them.  The pricing was reasonable and the quality was excellent.  I'm going to call them so they can do winterization.  They were really professional.  They did their job in detail.  They did little things.  The workers were clean. They were professional.

Mr. Marshall was on time, friendly, and professional. He was knowledgeable about our units and was helpful. He told us that our HVAC would need to be replaced in the near future because of the age, but not to worry about it as long as it works. We will be using Custom Heating and Air when that time comes.

They did a wonderful job.  The price seems to be reasonable at that time but I can’t say what it was.

They crew was punctual and very polite and professional.

The installers were on time, friendly, and hard workers. We have two dogs and they were very careful to shut the gate to the backyard. They petted them when they entered the house. The installers were awesome, in fact they worked late 2 of the 3 nights to make sure the work was done quickly and we had air conditioning to.

Professional serivce, Explaned everything, Stated they would be at my home at 9.00 am called me at 8.35 and stated they were on there way. Did everything as promised and totally satisfied with the job they did. I would definately recommend them and would use them again.

I spoke with the owner of the company on the phone and set up an appointment. The day of the appointment, the technician called me (before the appointment) and told me that he might be a little late by 5-10 minutes. I really appreciated the call because that showed me that he respected my time. He ended up being on time after all! After explaining my problem, I was quoted what I feel to be a very good price on a new Trane indoor/outdoor unit. The technician explained to me all of my options and let me make the choice of the work to be performed without pressure. On the day of service, they arrived on time. They respected my property and didn't track yard dirt in my house by wearing disposable booties over their shoes. They kept me well informed as to the progress of the job as it was occuring in addition to answering any questions that I had in the intrim. At the end of the day, all work was completed as expected and they cleaned up very well after themselves! I will definitlety use this company for any future heating and cooling needs that I have and would highly recommend them as well!

After we purchased or house, we needed a new heat pump system. Someone that my husband worked with recommended them to us. They are a great bunch of guys. I couldn't ask for better service. We have used them for many years. If I were to call them, they do everything in their power to get to me the same day. They are very good about emergency situations, too. When we purchased the new system, we thought we had a certain model picked out, but they were able to offer us another model that they recommended over our choice because of a few better qualities it had...and at a better price. We were very pleased with it.

They are fantastic. They have done a beautiful job getting it in there. I had another guy give me a bid and it would have cost me $8000. Of course I didn't use him. If there were an A+, I would give them an A+. I would most definitely use them again. I am happy to say good things about them.

The owner of Custom Heating and Air, came to my house to give me an estimate on repairing my existing heat-pump which was older and had stopped cooling, after he identified the problem we discussed both repair and replacement of the unit. He gave me several options with prices, not only did he give me options, but he also explained the pros and cons for each option. I opted for a new electric heatpump and new duct work. His price was significantly lower than the other 4 reputable companies I contacted. He installed new indoor and outdoor units, replaced existing ductwork and enlarged my floor vents in one day and was most courteous, and they cleaned up before they left. I was extremely pleased. I feel I received a high quality service at an extremely fair price.

This business is run just like I run my own. With old time values that still mean something to customers. They want your future business and good words and they treat you right to get it. We now have to buy a new heat pump and I would not consider anyone else. They have proven themselves to be honest and they have the skill it takes to do this work.
