I asked for a quote for a full installation in multi-room audio and a home theater using my provided equipment. They gave me a reasonable quote to complete the work. Three and a half months later as my new construction project nears completion they are asking for $3,800 more to install four TVs and three pairs of speakers. They didn't answer any of my e-mails regarding the installation, refused to even acknowledge their mistakes, and only want to discuss how my demanding that they complete the work as agreed hurts their feelings. I was willing to come to a reasonable compromise but they said there is no reason to compromise. They know that once you start a project, no one is going to come out and finish their uncompleted work. I also used them for security install, no issues on that side of the business, just the A/V side. Seek the prominent local and national A/V retailers here in Charlottesville for a professional experience with up front pricing. I wish I had."
