My AC was blowing too cold. he found that the capacitor was a bit weak. but instead of trying to upsell or overcharge me, he adjusted it and made sure everything was running smoothly without charging me a dime. That kind of honesty and integrity is rare these days!"

"I would not recommend S&K plumbing services. I had a leak in a copper line for my humidifier. The S&K plumber came out and said he would have to check with one of the HVAC techs and he would come back with parts he needed. I later received a call to reschedule and was told the plumber was not coming back and an HVAC tech could not come for another week, unless I said it was an emergency. I called another plumber instead who came and fixed the leaking soldier joint. S&K charged me a $55 service call for the plumber's visit. I called to dispute the bill and was told the plumber could not do the job I needed and I would have to pay for the service call. But clearly the plumber didn't have the skills to do the job, i.e., resolder a failed copper joint."

He came back and baited and said the office would call and schedule the actual service. 10 days later I finally heard from "the office" saying he'd had the flu and that he'd "researched" and found he couldn't do the work. Squirrels had to be trapped and released, not killed. AFTER poisoning them. I used Critter Control and was very happy with their service. United is NOT the company to use for squirrels!!
