"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "Randy was very fast and very efficient. Over all. He will talk with you about various options and let you know what to expect iwth each option. He's quick to let you know if something will require more money and is very fair with his pricing! We were going to be the odd balls and give our daughter a unique room with her favorite colors (bright greens and a dark blue ceiling for adding glow in the dark stars to) At the same time we were wanting to also paint our spare bedroom to brighten it up. Randy came in and made sure to cover everything so that it wouldn't get any drips on it. We ran into a few hassles with the original color of the walls not doing well with the yellow/lime green paint, but he worked it out and got it to look even and solid lime green. He also helped us securely hang up a canopy over our daughters bed. He tested it and even crawled up into our tiny attic to make sure it would hold up if our daughter were to decide to pull on it.
