"I was extremely impressed with the very fine service I recieved from J.E.S. Foundation Repair, Salem, Va. They installed a French drain behind my house and across a portion of my yard in Oct. 2021. They were very professional and courteous from the rep they sent to assess the situation to the very efficient appointment updates as to when they would start the job. The crew called ahead when they were on the way and arrived right on time and also finished the job on time. "Murray and Sons quickly contacted me about my water heater replacement project. They were able to provide an immediate quote over the phone. They worked around my crazy schedule to get me an appointment within three days. They showed up when promised and got the job done. There were several extra things that came up which they could have easily used to raise the price above the quote but they didn't do that. The final finished installation was better than expected. And, best of all, this new water heater was installed in a way that will make it possible for me to do future replacements. I was concerned in the beginning, since they didn't have any plumbing reviews. But, their electric service reviews were excellent. I decided to give them a chance; after all, it was only a water heater. I'm glad I took the chance on them. I now have hot water again and I'm very pleased.
