Premium Drainage & Erosion Solution came out, assessed the problem and installed a French drainage system. Professional, tidy, and worth every penny. Drainage work can be messy and they were incredibly respectful of my yard and kept the site clean every day. They took the time to explain the work and exactly where the drainage points would be. They didn't just throw gravel in a trench; they engineered a real solution. If you want the job done right, hire these guys! "Project Management Issues & Pending Renovation Work. I 100% agree with one of the previous reviews and, unfortunately, am experiencing the same issues that have caused unnecessary delays and frustration. While the quality of work itself is good, the project management leaves much to be desired. My bathroom renovation started on December 1st, 2025, with a promised completion time of two weeks. It has now been almost a month, and the project is still not finished. I would admit that I am responsible for one week delay in replacing a bathtub. Throughout this process, I have received little to no communication ? no daily updates and not even consistent weekly updates ? regarding the timeline or the scope of work being completed. This lack of communication from the project manager, Orkhan, has caused unnecessary delays and frustration. Coordinating with both the crew and management has been extremely difficult, and the project manager?s attitude has at times been rude and unprofessional. "

"Needed to replace culvert and cover with asphalt. First - Jason came on-stie to look at the job. He explained the work needed and the process. J&K does not do asphalt but did arrange to have asphalt laid. Was extremely nice to deal only with Jason and not have to worry about finding someone to do the asphalt work separately. All included in one quote. Second â Received quote for the work promptly. Third â J&K Installed the culvert and new asphalt, completed in a reasonable time. Weather delays. Fourth â Found out there was a second problem which caused the old culvert to fail. Needed the drainage ditch cleaned out because over the years it had filled in with dirt. The water was not running as it should. Jason investigated what it would take to correct the issue and made a recommendation. Give us a quote for the work and start immediately. We are VERY satisfied with all the work they have done. Special note -J&K work crew cleaned up after themselves each day. One more thing I need to say about this job site. Exceedingly difficult because of the drainage issue, but Jason and his team stayed the course, took their time and the water is running off. Their work is very professional. Looks WONDERFULL. Would highly recommend J&K Gound Maintenance."

"I used them back in 2015 and was impressed with them. So I decided to use them again. I was quoted an hours worth of work. Then, when it came to the final bill, was charged for two hours worth of work, and this was with 2 men working the job. They were just replacing 3 pendant lights and 1 dining room light. So I was surprised and disappointed that it took that long. More importantly, one of the workers said something inappropriate to me. It made me feel very uncomfortable and afraid. So I called the owner to tell him what happened. He said he would speak to him. I felt like the owner could have taken me more seriously, been more sympathetic and apologetic about it. He made it sound like he was almost defending him. *** Update on this: The owner did speak with his crew member and said there was a misunderstanding of what he said and apologized for it. However, I know what I heard. Even to the end, it seemed like the owner was still defending him. Either way, I won't be using them again after my experience."

"Fantastic! Devin and his team remodeled three of the four bedrooms in my townhouse in Clarendon: the first about four years ago and the other two bathrooms two years ago. He also built me a new closet in the master bedroom. The entire experience was amazing. The work is top quality - years later it still looks perfect and I have not had any problems - and his team is polite, professional, timely and they left my home spotless when they left. And since the work has been completed, Devin has helped me with little issues for free whenever I needed help. He is truly a talented professional and a stellar person.
