"Angie's List turned up Robin's Cleaning Service as a possible contractor for carpet cleaning. We went with her since she's independent and relatively local (Gretna). She came today, worked hard for over two hours to clean our Master BR and closet, lower staircase and roughly 1/4 of the lower living area, and did a lovely, attentive and thorough job for $225. Very pleasant--does carpets and other cleaning, painting, landscaping, mowing and pressure washing between morning and evening school bus driving for Gretna public schools (all three levels). "When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"David came out to do a gutter cleaning. Our house is surrounded by huge trees, and the amount of leaf fall we get is heavy. Our gutters are open - no cover system - and we hadn't had gutter cleaning all fall, including after Hurricane Sandy.
After a very personable conversation with David, he went up to the roof and did his work. There was a mess EVERYWHERE from all the leaves that had built up, many of which had decayed and turned into crumbling mud. Unlike other companies that have come out to clean our gutters, David went around and not only cleaned up everything he blew out of the gutters, but also blew the leaves off of our walkways, decks, and long driveways all the way down to the road.
He had the entire job done in less than an hour, and it looked great! We're considering hiring the company for additional lawn services and leaf removal. I couldn't be happier with the service we got.
