The project was to repair a pair of interior pocket doors between rooms.Alex evaluated the problem quickly and then gave the unexpected when he said “I’m pretty sure that I can get those parts at Home Depot and if you would like I could run over there NOW get the parts and come back and do the job NOW”. Hard to explain how happy that made me. Alex came back and repaired the doors very quickly and did a wonderful job which I am extremely happy with the job. The icing on the cake was that Alex was a wonderful person to deal with which was great. A very professional person for which now is in my contact list for any future handyman project. This was a great experience.lastly, the price was very reasonable and appreciated"

"Thomas M was an excellent technician and did great work fixing all the basement windows around the house. These windows are difficult to find a replacement but he was able to repair and repaint them. The other technician was Pablo He worked on caulking all the windows around the house and he did some filling work on the garage sliding doors You did a good job, but Pablo left his trash around and didn’t pick up after himself so Thomas M and I did that on the third day. It took three days total, but it was two men for two days and one man for a 3/4 of a day actually. Although I’ll probably get charged for a full day, since it went past noon. The labor portion is the most expensive and a little higher than I initially anticipated. So, I was hoping for a quicker turnaround, but overall quality work was completed. I would highly recommend Thomas M as a technician to do future work. He’s very knowledgeable, friendly and does a great job. I would hire again but include more details in the contract language."

Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step. Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection.
