Nothing was damaged, and he cleaned up the area perfectly afterward. He tool the initiative to call me multiple times to arrange the service, and arrived promptly as a true professional should. He was extremely polite, especially to my young children (my little girl was not happy he had to cut down her swing tree). Tony installed the railings and made a perfect solution in an less-than perfect space. He then offered to fix anything else that we needed. He was kind and knowledgeable. "Owner Ricky Stroup was infinitely patient with us, as after our initial meeting it took us over a year to hire his company to do this work. During that year, we had multiple conversations with him regarding the scope of our project, and he was as willing to contract the scope as to expand it. He wrote several proposals for us, so we could see the financial impacts of our different scope options. Our indecision on scope, and delay in scheduling, never caused any frustration or ill will on his part. Mr. Stroup was helpful, friendly, and patient throughout! "This is for sure the most horrible company I have ever dealt with. They lie about their shipment dates and the quality of their installation is awful. I ordered 2 doors for 10,000 dollars on May 24, 2022. After promising date after date they finally came September 27, 2022. The installation of the doors was a nightmare. We had 3 guys: one guy had no idea what he was doing, the second guy knew not much more, and the guy in charge did not know much more than the second guy. They put on a new front and back door. The handles on the door are crooked as a snake. Also after the salesman plainly told me they would put the storm doors back on, the contractor told me he would do neither. They said they didn't have time. One more thing, none of the guys knew how to put the key locks in the doors. They tried telling me they were the wrong ones and would not fit. My brother in law came over later in the evening and figured the locks out in 5 minutes. These are 3 rookie contractors trying to put in 5,000 a piece doors. If you don't mind spending thousands of dollars for horrible customer service and crappy installation, then this is the place for you. As for me, I will never do business with this pitiful company again. One last thing I wanted to mention is beware of the salesman Brad Juchatz . He is nothing but a complete LIAR ."
