"0/5 stars. Ordered a deep cleaning package to get our house into shape, and we were not only charged for the deep cleaning package, but we're also charged for all applicable man hours on top of that. Why, then, did I bother ordering the deep clean? The man hours are included in that price. The rooms were ready to go, furniture pulled from walls, etc. Further, they didn't perform any of the services on the "deep clean" checklist portion. Again....what exactly did I pay for? Furthermore, don't expect them to show up on time, ever. They rescheduled no less than 3 times, calling at the time they were supposed to arrive rather than earlier to allow me to change plans. Two days of interrupted schedules, schooling, and naps for my children, not to mention lost work hours for me. The icing on the cake was they they took pictures of my home without my permission, with who knows what personal property in them. I was not shown these pictures, and only heard of them when attempting to dispute these grossly inflated charges. Do NOT Recommend."
