Dwayne was incredibly easy to work with, gave us a quote that was fair and did work in a timely manner. I live out of state from where the property is, but Dwayne made it easy to manage the project. Contacted All American painting & Home repair company based on Angie's list reviews. Mr. Wayland (Eddie) arrived, gave us an estimate, took his time explained everything he was going to do and how he was going to preform the necessary work that needed to be done. We had a few set backs based on the  weather as this was all exterior work. Paula(Eddie's wife) kept us informed , excellent communication, as to when he would be arriving and when he was not. Eddie and his assistance Orval are hard workers, very detailed, very professional. Windows look brand new.

"TRS nearly completed my sunroom except for a few finish items which they have not attempted to correct after many requests. In review; the cold, dark shell of a room cost me in excess of $280 per/SF (a number greater than what Pulte Homes or any home builder spend to build a finished home). Among other issues; the "supervisor" rarely was on site to address issues that arose with the construction or didn't coordinate with my electrical contractor, items in the contract never materialized like a dumpster and the laborers used my wheelbarrow to mix cement, etc.

David was on time and very professional. He spent an appropriate amount of time evaluating the 2 areas we had requested. He documented the inspection w/ photos, measurements, and sketches. He provided a verbal preliminary report and is to provide a written final report w/ specifications for the mods we are proposing. (Removing a wall upstairs and a post downstairs.) We were happy to hear that our mods were going to be less complicated than originally thought and consequently less expensive. We have the peace of mind that the proposed changes are structurally sound and will be done correctly.
