"I contacted Lyons Contracting to price a large roof replacement with synthetic slate shingles. The owner and I had a very good initial conversation but we never received a quote. I called the office number and his personal cell phone but no one answers. I left messages several times, left text messages several times and filled out an email request on their website but haven't received the courtesy of a call back in almost 3 weeks. Very frustrating and disappointing. Obviously I chose another contractor to do the work. Why would anyone want to work with a company who won't return calls from a new customer with a big job. If I had work done and a problem arose, he would have little incentive to return my call."
