We are a very small company just few employees but the owner is the one that does almost 95% of the work himself.we pride on customer satisfaction, pastors and churches get 10%off and then 10% in a tithe to the church.I take pride in my work and don't take jobs I cant completed to near perfection. I contacted Central Virginia Awning to inquire about replacing a 20 year old canvas cover on our motorized retractable awning (which had been installed by a company that has since gone out of business). He told be they are not suppliers of that specific type of awning cover, but took down my information, did some research about my brand of awning, called around to locate a dealer for me, then called me back with the name and phone number, telling me I should probably call the other dealer directly if I wanted to keep this under warranty. I am SO impressed with their helpful, unselfish attitude--truly went the extra mile--wish I could give them my business!"
