That is one of the best parts, Alex was continuing to "evolve" the concept and the results came out much better in the end. The crew was extremely hard working even in the rain and snow. They would wait out the storm and go right back to work. Even after the snow they would shovel out the area they were working on and get back at it. The crew leader, Alfonzo, was always courteous and willing to answer questions. He would give me updates on the progress and kept me informed of what to expect that day."
