Customers say: Quality work

"Needed existing 4x4 concrete slab to be removed & replaced with a new larger 7x20 concrete pad. Livai & his crew were quick, efficient, and very professional. They knew exactly what to do with relocating the sprinklers. We love our new concrete patio. Thank you Moala Brothers!"

"Awesome, wonderful experience. Estimate was done the first week that we got in touch for my driveway, very fair price, awesome guy! They were able to schedule me in very quickly, and then they beat that schedule by almost 2 weeks! "July 2026. Bryan and his crew accomplished all that I had outlined on a spec sheet for the replacement of our driveway, interior garage floor, and sidewalk. Bryan paid attention to detail from the spec sheet to what was needed to make the walkways ergonomically safe to the finishing touches on the surface and edges. The project was completed within the promised time and was fairly priced. He communicated often and kept me up to date on the status of the project. I would recommend him to my friends and family."

Concrete Driveways questions, answered by experts

In most cases, driveway repair is worth the investment. Your driveway is one of the first things people see when they look at your home, so repairing cracks, chips, and potholes can improve your home’s curb appeal and overall value. Repairing your driveway is also almost always more affordable than replacing it entirely—an average of $1,765 compared to the cost of replacing a driveway, which typically costs around $5,000.

Not pressure washing your driveway can lead to several consequences that affect both its appearance and its structural integrity over time:

  • Reduced Curb Appeal: A dirty driveway covered in grime, stains, and mildew detracts from your home's overall appearance.

  • Safety Hazards: The buildup of algae, moss, and mildew creates slippery surfaces. When wet, it increases the risk of slips and falls for you, your family, and visitors.

  • Structural Damage: Dirt, debris, and organic growth can trap moisture against the driveway's surface. In colder climates, this moisture can freeze and thaw, leading to cracks and deterioration of the concrete or asphalt.

Yes, a pressure washer uses less water than a garden hose. There are many ways to use a pressure washer, and it can be an eco-friendly hose substitute. While a pressure washer expels water with greater force, it uses 50% to 70% less water than a garden hose. Specifically, hoses put out six to 10 gallons per minute (GPM), while pressure washers only use two to five GPM.

Stamped concrete is durable and relatively easy to maintain. Regular maintenance includes sweeping away debris to keep it clean and prevent staining. It is also important to repair any cracks promptly to maintain its appearance and longevity. The concrete should be resealed every 2 to 4 years to protect the surface.

The prevention steps are essentially the same, no matter the patio material. Keep the surface clean and maintained. Ensure there's no debris buildup, and cover the whole thing in a quality sealant. If it's the start of a season or it's been a while since you've cleaned the area, use a pressure washer.
