Taking on a yard that isn't a part of a new build or isn't hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of work is not appealing to most of these companies. They want to do the Parade of Homes yards. That's not my yard. We're a down to earth humble home that needed some professional TLC. They never over-quoted us in order to make it worth their while. They itemized their invoice and never misrepresent what the price is. They listened and gave excellent advice. If they wanted to meet our needs, they would find the best person to help us. They thought of things and anticipated needs that we didn't consider and are so grateful for now. They work hard and fast. They didn't put us off because we were "not as important" as another client. They made sure we were satisfied with their work and worked hard to create a yard that I didn't cringe at every time I looked at it. They responded to messages promptly and got things moving as quickly as possible. From the initial walk through and quote to finished product it was two months. We were floored and delighted they moved so quickly! We don't have family that lives near us. We're from out of state. But their care made us feel like family."
