We hired someone from homeadvisor and he responded quickly and gave us an estimate in line with what I expected so I hired him. He showed up when he said and completed the job in 3 days- less time than I had spent doing a small fraction of the job. He did a wonderful job, and more importantly my wife is very happy with it. He cleaned up afterwards and is a very friendly guy. Emanuel climbed onto the roof, lifted a few shingles and took photos of the underlining gutter/roofing issues. It was rotting wood on my 66-year old house. He showed me the pictures, discussed options, and made arrangements to start the project. The project took 2 days and the end result was perfection.
