Despite this being no ordinary clogged drain he was very professional in finding the underlying causes for it all. This was on a Sunday. He had to come back on Monday to finish restoring our draining and did so promptly. He did all that he could for us. We are currently waiting to hear from some estimators to see about fixing a pipe. I am so glad that we contacted Valley Plumbing with our needs and that they took care of us ."

He quickly realized this and fixed that issue (made a pex connection). He fixed his mistake with no extra charge. "This company is fabulous!!! I do not have enough words to say how happy we are. I spent 2 years trying to find a landscape company to take on our job. I called at least 4 companies, they would come out to bid the job, some would show up for the appointment others we never heard from. Those who did show up said they would send over the quote. This was the fall and he said he would start in the spring. We gave him a deposit and took a leap of faith that he was everything we thought because it did seem too good to be true after everything we had been through trying to find someone. He started before he said. He was here with his crew every single day to do all the prep for the sod. He answered his phone every single time we called with any requests. People call me “picky” I like to say particular. Every single time he would say “no problem and we will do exactly what you want” and he did! Paulino’s customer service is like it should be and his crew is amazing. They exceeded all our expectations! This was not an easy job. I cannot believe the before and after. Again I cannot say how happy we are and how beautiful it turned out."
