"I tried everything I could to avoid leaving a bad review. I hired them to xeriscape my parkway. They were going to do everything but the plants. When they were finishing up the job, one of the guys said go get your plants and we’ll come back tomorrow and finish that up with the drip. I got the plants and despite multiple attempts to have them come and finish the job and clean up the mess they left they didn’t show up. We tried calling and texting and they still didn’t show up. They also didn’t use the gravel that I selected and by the time I realized, it was too late. Unfortunately, I cant recommend this company."

"Erick and his team did an amazing job transforming our weed-infested garden into beautiful, raised garden beds that will outlast us. They removed or transplanted the existing vegetation; dug, leveled, and compacted the foundation; precisely placed every paver, filled the boxes with fresh topsoil, and installed drip irrigation. They also put down fabric and gravel in the walkways and around our shed to complete the look and keep weeds down. I couldn't be happier! They were punctual, professional, fast, and very reasonably priced considering the scope of the job. We will definitely call them again for future projects and recommend them to family and friends."

What we received was cracked, crumbling, and pitted concrete that looked decades old within months. Gates sagged and required constant adjusting. Concrete defects?cracking, spalling, pitting, and discoloration?appeared quickly. Shane's patch attempts made it worse, leaving mismatched overlays that became icy and hazardous. The front porch had to be redone three times and still failed. Shane misrepresented his experience, admitted a crew member's first time to build a fence, and stopped responding after early repair attempts. The result: a deteriorating project that devalued our home and left us facing full reconstruction, safety hazards, and major financial burden. Photos available to show damages, too large to upload"

"Hotshot is an absolute disgrace to the service industry. I made the colossal mistake of hiring them to diagnose a simple sprinkler issue. Instead of fixing the problem, their technician broke the main water valve, leaving my entire system inoperable. To add insult to injury, they had the audacity to quote me a staggering $2,100 to repair the DAMAGE THEY CAUSED! They tried claiming the damage was due to normal wear and tear and not their fault, which is clearly a lie as the valve was working perfectly fine before their arrival. As a business owner, I'm appalled by their complete disregard for customer satisfaction and the sheer rudeness of the owner. Rather than owning up to their blunder and rectifying the situation like any decent company would, they offered to inspect the mess they created for another $150, then slap me with the repair bill. This is nothing short of extortion. I implore anyone considering using Hotshot to reconsider. Do not fall victim to their fraudulent practices. I'm forced to pursue legal action to right this egregious wrong. Hotshot, you should be ashamed of your business."

They truly take pride in their work. The last crew that we had hired was in and out in 10 mins. We had lots of issues with hitting downspouts and breaking sprinklers, likely because they were rushing. Sean's crew takes time and pride in their work, and it shows! Our yard looks better than ever!
