"I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."

They painted and extended my kitchen cabinets, painted all 3 upstairs bedrooms, caulked, sealed, and painted all my baseboards that had been pulled up when new flooring had been installed, fixed a water stain, painted my accent wall and mantle, and painted most of my downstairs living areas, including the two story entryway. "It came down to EmeraldPro and another company. We liked the bid we got and Seth was super friendly. I spoke with him a few times with questions, and he was great at answering them. The only reason we went with the other company was because they specialized in cabinets. When I looked up reviews for EmeraldPro I couldn't find anything from someone who had their cabinets done. But out of the 6-7 people I got bids from they were my second choice. Which, I think says a lot."
