I could not be happier, our shower was 30+ yrs. Pretty bad shape... I am so excited to have a new shower, that I didn't have to wait 2 to 3 weeks for... Cost was very affordable... The person who came to our house from Bath fitter,was knowledgeable, and product I believe is made in the USA.. Our installers were wonderful... They did such a wonderful job... "I have some rental property that has cast iron tubs in all the units. The tubs are over 50 years old and needed to be replaced or resurfaced. Replacement would have entailed demolition of the walls and floors in order to remove the tubs so we opted to try to have the tubs resurfaced. Even with some damage to the existing porcelain the repair and repaint turned out beautifully. I would do this again rather than go to the expense and mess of replacing the tubs.

"Aaron Paxton did a good job of installing grab bars in my bathroom shower and by the toilet. He found that the screws which I had that had come with the grab bars were not reliable. He used his own sturdy ones in place of the ones I had. He lined them up with the studs on one end and used anchors on the other end. He was familiar with the task at hand."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
