"I am so grateful for Asset Environmental Services! We purchased a new home at the end of June and I couldn’t understand why I kept getting sick. The house was pristine when we made the purchase, and with all new flooring. Concluding that it must be mold I contacted AES. Ben was wonderful! He answered a ton of my paranoid questions on mold and gave me a few different options to resolve the issue - things I didn’t even realize were options! He was also patient as I worked with my home owners insurance to check for leaks, and gave me tips on ensuring that no matter what route we went, whether we worked with AES or not, our family was taken care of. About a week after my first contact with AES they came out and did a test. The two guys that arrived were awesome! Super knowledgeable!!! We talked about where we experienced the most issues and figured out the best places to test. I was grateful that they were so willing to work with us and understand the situation. Anyhow tests came back the next day and nothing! We had no mold, which meant it was indeed the previous owners plethora of pets. The guys came back the next week and cleaned the ducts and we’ve been healthy since!!! I was so impressed and grateful!!!
