They came out to give a quote, let me know they didn’t detect any mold, so didn’t have to schedule any work. I really appreciated his integrity in that he could have taken advantage of the situation, but he was honest in that he didn’t detect any problems. If we do happen to have some sort of disaster we need help with, he’s earned my service.
Description of Work: Thought my bathroom smelled funny, suspected mold.

The company estimator, Brad, was superb. He was very meticulous in explaining our problems and possible solutions. His positive and professional attitude and behavior gave us confidence and lessened our anxiety. After providing us with options, he provided a bid. The technicians were also excellent. They were very respectful of our home, protecting our carpets and work areas. The work was completed in a very reasonable time period, and the results were very satisfactory. I would give this company my very highest recommendation.

It went well. The came and assessed I have a mold issue. They cam the next monruand sealed off the area of concern and did the demolition of the area and let thoroughly dry with a fan and special machine inside of the sealed enclosure. Then I had them also did the repairs We have used Disaster Co several times before. We would choose them again if the need arises.
