"Joe Installed the water heater but also helped us adjust our watersoftener. Plus Joe was a good guy and liked "old" country and western music so we both enjoyed that while I worked on another project in the garage. Mr Rooter is overpriced like most plumbers but, their bid was in the ballpark for the area and the best of those offered. The service was prompt and efficient. "This a complex situation where the toilet was grouted to the floor of the bathroom and we didn't know what to do. We got on Angi's list and came and gave us an estimate and the plumber had to go to his shop to get a special tool to disconnect the toilet from the floor . All fixed the same day."
