Cary came out to look and brought two brick one was close but the other was as if it had come off my house. Others said they would not remove and frame up the area. Cary removed the window and framed it and sealed it then did a beautiful job . So friendly , came when he said, asked as he worked if things were like I wanted. THEY WERE ABOVE AND BEYOUND! Already gave his name and card to others. The price was the best part, He was well below others and did high quality work. WOULD I USE HIM AGAIN? IN A HEART BEAT. However, they no-showed the first two times I had them scheduled without calling, and took more than a month to complete a fairly simple job, probably because they were waiting on a supplier. I would know for sure if they were better communicators. I had to call and ask questions. I also had to have them come back a couple of times to finish jobs correctly. In the pick two dilemma - price, speed, or quality - they're good for price and quality if you are patient and diligent about following up. If you need it done fast and right the first time, find someone else and be prepared to pay a higher price."
