A detailed schedule was presented with what I could expect to happen and it did (not to mention my doggies loved him). I felt very comfortable with my color coordinator. She knew her stuff and helped me to pick the best color to match and I absolutely love it!!! The painters were considerate and very respectful of my home. The proposal was presented so well and the price was within budget I felt really good about signing with this company without needing to check quotes from other companies. "They completed the basic paint job, which is the only reason this isn’t a 1-star review. But overall, I would not recommend this company. The painters rushed through the work, missed multiple spots, got paint on areas it shouldn't be, and failed to complete the touch-ups they specifically promised. They also ghosted me after saying they’d return to fix the issues. Now I’m left cleaning up their mistakes and doing the touch-ups myself. They seemed to want to be in and out as quickly as possible with no concern for quality. It feels like I paid for a full service and got a half finished job. Save yourself the frustration and go with someone who actually follows through."

I especially appreciate how promptly Oscar of Lavo Construction LLC answered my plea for help just this last Monday am. . He got started that day. Even though we had a bit of a problem locating lead blocking paint, Oscar kept his cool and remained friendly and positive the whole time. Oscar has great tools like a micro nail gun so that quarter round trim was put down with the tiniest of holes in the wood which did not need to be filled or sanded. Very happy that we found Oscar of Lavo Construction and hope to hire this nice devoted family man again!"
