"YES HVAC scammed me out of $2,500. When I had my furnace & air conditioner replaced last year, YES failed to mention that Carrier (both my heater & AC were Carrier brands) was running a promotion that if you replaced both a furnace & an AC system with Carrier products, they would give you a cash rebate of $2,500. YES HVAC simply did not inform me of the company rebate program; instead, they just took the money from me without my knowledge. I eventually found out about the rebate later when I replaced the second full system in our house. Obviously I went with another more transparent/honest company the second go around. When I discussed the situation with YES management (even providing them with the written proof from Carrier Company of the rebate program), I still have heard nothing further from YES. My suggestion is to go with the competition rather than YES HVAC; it cost me a $2,500 rebate, what will they scam you out of?"

We called yesterday with an urgent request for a diagnosis on our air conditioner as it would not work. We have a kindergartener with a severe disability that heat makes so much worse. They were so understanding and made sure we were able to be fit in. Jeff (the owner) came out to look at our system. Unfortunately, the entire thing had died. We are new homeowners who have had a series of tough health events happen in a relatively short span. Due to these things, financing was just out of our reach. We were obviously, incredibly discouraged and worried for our daughter but thanked Jeff for his time. We intended to purchase a smaller free-standing unit to keep our little lady in her room and as cool as possible in the July, Utah heat while we worked on a more long-term plan. This wonderful couple was kind enough to gift us a whole new system, installed the very next day by two wonderful gentlemen.
