"Master Carpet Cleaning has consistently done excellent work on our floors for years. They have incredible attention to detail, they work miracles on stains, and they're some of the easiest contractors to work with that we know. They leave our carpet looking like new with no chemical smells hanging in the air. We recommend them highly!"

"They were very pleasant.

It seems like they took way too long to do the things that they did. I got 6 hours, so there were two people here for 3 hours. But having had experience with other cleaners, the others went through real quick and got a really good job done. These people may have had a good job done, but they seemed so slow. What they did was good, but it was just very slow. I really expected that they would have been done faster."

Floor Polishers questions, answered by experts

Sweep daily, use appropriate cleaners, and avoid abrasive tools to maintain the shine.

Yes, but with caution. A floor grinder is intended to level and polish concrete, so it is a very powerful tool. To remove paint, the floor grinder should be set to 35 square feet per minute or less to minimize the pressure without the use of pocket weights. You might need to go over the surface two times to get any paint that has sunk into the concrete’s pores.

Buffing will only remove scratches at the surface level of your flooring. You may also need to apply hardwood floor wax to restore the wax layer. To remove deeper scratches, you’ll need another floor repair method like sanding; however, if you sand the floor, you’ll also need to stain and seal it.

Distilled white vinegar can help you remove candle wax from surfaces like countertops. You’ll need to scrape off most of the wax and use the distilled white vinegar to help soften and remove the rest and leftover residue. Keep in mind that while it’s possible, using distilled white vinegar isn’t an effective method for removing wax compared to the methods listed above.

Regular vacuuming, deep cleaning, and prompt stain removal help maintain appearance and durability.
