They arrived on time and were in and out in no time at all. My carpet dried very fast and there was no objectionable odor.

As we recently moved out of our house we booked them through Schedulicity for a whole house cleaning, received confimation emails and tried to get a hold of them on the phone. They didn't show and I can't get a hold of them on the phone. They haven't returned phone calls in 2 weeks. I went with a different company and I wouldn't use again.

They were very good and were very efficient. They cleaned all of the floors and my bathroom, which were the most important things to me. I reall appreciate that they listen to whatever it is you would like to have done; some companies will only do what their list says. I continue to use them still.

I think they may be a good service if you need a quick cleaning before a party or something like that. I requested a deep-cleaning, but I feel like the crew just did a light once-over. I specifically requested that they focus on the bathrooms, and I admit that I am picky but I was disappointed. The crew was nice and exhibited professional behavior, but their appearance wasn’t completely put together.

They were very pleasant.
It seems like they took way too long to do the things that they did. I got 6 hours, so there were two people here for 3 hours. But having had experience with other cleaners, the others went through real quick and got a really good job done. These people may have had a good job done, but they seemed so slow. What they did was good, but it was just very slow. I really expected that they would have been done faster.

Cleaning crew arrived earlier than appt. They were friendly. They cleaned some things that were outside the priorities I set for them. Looking around after they left, I found spots missed and other things I would have easily caught myself if I was cleaning. I had to re-clean some of the things they cleaned such as spots on the stove and toilet. I told their managment and they were apologetic. They made a note on my account to provide a discount on my next cleaning. I may or may not use them again.

A little hard to get a hold of for appointments as I think it is a small business. Once the appointment was made I got excellent service, cleaners showed up on time. Quote was for 3 hours of work (2 people for 1.5 hours)They discussed what general areas we would like cleaned. Both went to work quickly and efficiently. Cleaning was thorough and high quality using green products (as advertised). Finally they provided a checklist of what was cleaned and we gave a final review of work. I will have them back again. They offer scheduled visits on a variety of timeframes (week, Month, etc).
