They show up and get the job done, always leaving my hot tub in crystal clear, inviting, and shockingly clean condition. They have gone the extra mile from the first job I hired them for (which was not an easy feat.) a drain, clean, refill and filter and jet line flush. Sheldon and Levy were here exactly when they said they would be and were both very knowledgeable on the best chemicals used, water conditions, and previous issues. Major upgrade from when I used Aqua Tech (I do not recommend) for a drain, clean and fill and they didn’t even run the jets through and majorly overcharged me and wouldn’t even return when the very next day when we used the hot tub and a bunch of old nastiness came right out of the jets. I’m glad I switched- Hot pool boys are the best! Affordable, reliable and friendly."

"They sent someone out to come fix it. I go online when I have an issue, instead of calling. It is very easy. You go online and tell them what is broken. The respond with who will be coming out within 24 hours. They have different plans for different amounts of money. I have my house and pool covered. I pay a $75 copay a month. I have had them for several years, and have never had an issue."
